Get Free, Round 1: Coming into relationship with being embodied

Get Free is a self paced virtual series where you are thoughtfully guided by Kori Doty and Jess DeVries over three months to explore living in your body, cultivating pleasure, and sharing it with others.

This course takes you through the central exercises that we bring our 1:1 sessions in a way that allows you and your body to really sink into the material and move at your own pace; building resilience and nervous system capacity.

Each month you will receive a virtual packet of somatic exploration videos and guided audios that will touch on each of these themes.

January — Coming Into Relationship with Being Embodied

Where we will focus on breath, feeling & feelings, our physical body, and boundaries.

You’ll also receive weekly emails with encouragement and resources and one 60 minute group coaching call during the month to ask questions, get guidance, and share/learn with others in the course.

Each course will start the first of the month and weekly emails arrive on Mondays.

Your body doesn’t know until it knows and this self paced structure allows you to practice a little bit at a time so your body really gets to experience the work at a rate that is well below our 1:1 session prices.

You have permission to take your time, miss a few days, do it wrong, have breakthroughs, feel resistance, and know that your process is exactly right. And because the content is yours forever, you can keep coming back to it over and over, as long as you need.
